    This theme is giving me a lot of problems. Other WP themes have been fairly easy to keep consistent through desktop, tablet, and mobile views. This one drastically changes not only among the three but even if I change the size of a desktop window. I just purchased the pro version yesterday and am very disappointed. Is there any way to get a refund?

    Very inconsistent from computer to mobile, looks bunched up on mobile and I donʻt know how to change it. Even if you make the computer window smaller it changes it drastically. Definitely not as “easily customizable” as it claims to be. I canʻt change any of the template/layout options. I switched over to another theme which is free because it is much easier to navigate. Iʻm disappointed as I just purchased it. I want a refund but there is no way to request that. I assume therefore it would be handled here.
