I installed the bwt-title-banner-image plug in and have uploaded high quality pictures to the side widget within one of my pages. When the pages are saved and viewed, the images are zoomed in on and a very little section of the original photo and are very blurry. I also tried a similar picture that looks great in my slider but it still zooms in and makes the banner image blurry.
I have the exact same issue with updating the header image. For the header image it says you recommend a 1600 x 110 pixel sized image. I have created this size and when I got to upload and crop it fits into the cropping area perfectly. Any ideas on how to fix this issue too? I suspect they are the similar issue?
Any ideas how I can get my banners to look as clear as in your demo? Is there a recommended image size and/or file type or other recommendations you have to fix this issue?
I was actually able to find the issue and fix it. Here is how I fixed it.
Before uploading the child theme I added some content to the parent theme. To fix the banner issue, I went and shut off the child theme and then removed the added content from the parent theme. I then turned the parent them back on. The banners now work perfectly!
