Can’t get anything to work

Was getting on great with the free version so decided to upgrade to pro.
Now I can’t get my logo to look right.
Cannot get the slider to work have been trying all day.
I’m only a small business doing house painting and repairs so maybe this temple is not for me, which would be a shame.

Have never done a website before so have no knowledge of codes or anything like that.

Please help me – Free version was fabulous but I must have done something wrong with the pro.
