Hello,
I followed all the steps to add my IG account on the website but for some reason my images are not displaying just the IG link. Here is my website:

In order to proceed with the Instagram Section, first, you have to add an Instagram Feed Plugin and activate it.
Instagram Feed option appears in the dashboard after activating this plugin. Go to customize option in Instagram Feed settings. Copy the shortcode and paste it in the Instagram section of Customizer.
Go to Dashboard >> Instagram Feed. Then click on Connect an Instagram Account, enter the ID and password to connect. Refer the below screenshot for more details.
Many Thanks

I can create an account for you. But here is also my site so you can see what the IG part displaying on the front end.
Thanks

If you want we can review the issue, make a user for us assign administrator role and send us the username and password along with the URL at [email protected].
Also, we need your Instagram account token to add in your site.
Many thanks
