    I’m receiving a message that says “This theme requires the following plugins: BWT Gallery Images and BWT Title Banner Image” however when I try to install them I get a message that says “Download failed. A valid URL was not provided”

    As per your query, please go to your My Account and download the plugins.
    After downloading please install them on plugins.

    I’ve downloaded the plugins and I am still receiving the same error message. do I have to add them to WordPress somehow before installing them?

    the plugins state that they are active. however, I can’t install them for some reason.

    Have you tried to add the plugin zip file from Plugins -> Add New which you have downloaded?

    How do i send you the screenshot? what button do i use to upload the image?

    Hi,
    All you have to do is just print the screenshot of message paste it on photoshop and save the image.
    After using this steps we are giving you link from which you can upload an image and send us image Link.

    Hi,

    Please upload the plugin zip file via Plugins -> Add New -> Upload. It will work. You can download the plugin from the confirmation mail you have received or from your registered account you have on our website.

    Im Having the Same Problem.

    I think I fix the problem I used the wp manager plugin and uploaded the files from their hopefully this will work.
