Hi,
I originally activated the non-pro version, but now I have deleted it and uploaded the pro theme, the sliders are not displayed even though the settings show it is enabled with the 3 default images. In place of the slider, ‘No Image Found’ is displayed. Any ideas what could be wrong?
In fact, it is not only sliders that are not displayed – under the page title, and then the ‘No Image Found’, there is only the footer and footer text. All other sections are also marked as enabled however.
Many thanks,
Neil- This topic was modified 5 years, 6 months ago by neilrichards.

September 25, 2018 at 8:10 pm #1562neilrichardsParticipant… it already looked like that link shows. I’ve changed the number to 1 and selected my own image (other boxes are already filled in for that slide), and published it, but it still doesn’t show.

October 18, 2018 at 4:35 pm #1679beaverParticipantHi, same problem here.
Can’t give you a link because the pro theme is not online yet. I need to get it right before changing the live site.

November 29, 2018 at 9:31 am #1956neilrichardsParticipantHi,
I longer have a slider issue, but every page I create still has ‘No Image Found’ above the footer. Is there an easy fix, or would you still need to review by logging into my account? I have sent an email to [email protected] with login credentials.
Many thanks,

As per your query, for which slider are you talking about?
Thanks
December 1, 2018 at 6:07 pm #1974neilrichardsParticipantHi,
I’m not talking about a slider any more, as that issue is resolved. The problem I have now is that every page I create displays ‘No Image Found’ above the footer. I have sent an email to [email protected] with login credentials.
December 5, 2018 at 12:59 pm #2008Shop ManagerKeymasterHi,
As per your query, we have seen the images and it’s coming from page builder.
Please check the builder settings.
Thanks
