    HI,

    1- I’m having trouble installing the plugins can you help me?

    2- Is it possible to install several languages in the theme? in particular Portuguese

    Hi Rui,

    As per your request, we are giving you some easy steps to install the plugin.

    Go to Dashboard >> Plugin >> Add New >> Upload Plugin >> After installing >> Activated.

    And for changing language >> Go to Dashboard >> Settings >> General >> Site Language >> Select your language >> Save Changes.

    Hi there, I have problems installing my plugins too. I received 3 zip files and have no problems install 2 files but have problems in installing the biggest file. Please help, tq.

    Hi Helpdesk. No worries with the plugins, I managed to troubleshoot/installing it using the cpanel style. I’m slowly building the website now & have done up to the slider stage. But my 3-sliders don’t show up on the viewing page? Instead the earlier texts I keyed in are still there. Marina

    cant seem to install them , tried over and over
