I have shared emails upon emails and images and videos but am not getting the correct feedback or fixing to the issue. What am saying is when I go to compose a a new post, on the post page, I can not select a block like I used to be able to. It seems like there is some sort of overlapping of the blocks. But for example, even when I am able to select a block and compose a new post, I really can’t see the post it’s as if it’s behind the scenes somewhere under the blocks which are already on the post page like the SEO blocks, gallery blocks etc. I am very frustrated because I am missing on opportunities because my site is not working.
I have been in contact with a Gloria Audrey but I am not sure if she is understanding what am saying from the images I have sent to the videos. Please someone help!!Who else can help me resolve this issue? If you look at your Multipurpose Blog pro documentation and compare the “add new post” page with what’s showing on my site you might understand what am saying.

Unfortunately I can not paste the screenshots on here as the IMG button above only allows me to copy a url for the image. You will not be able to see the images through the url because you have to be logged in as admin/user in my website to see what I am talking about. So, can you give me an email to where i can send you a temp password to my site so you can log in and go into selecting “Add new post” as if you wanna create a new post and see what I am talking about?

Yes, I have followed all those steps from the beginning. My account connects but the images are not displaying. Can you look into it? I can create an account for you. But here is also my site so you can see what the IG part displaying on the front end.

With the code you sent me but it completely destroyed the whole form. See.
Maybe I should be a little more detail. So, I lost my word press site http://www.traditionallyme.com and due to that, I am trying to start a new site but I want to be able to download the multipurpose theme. I do have unlimited downloads and I have managed to download the theme in word press my issue however, is the License key activation code. I do not have that. So, I am limited and unable to proceed building my site. I have gone through my emails and I can not find the email to which the BTW license activation key was sent with. Can you please resend me the email or the activation key. Thank you.
What do you mean “check the editor?” The spaces would be once I have publish a post. After the first paragraph there is always a huge white space and sometimes in the different places in the post. The space looks like somewhere an image would go. Here is a link if you wanna see what I am talking about.

I had to go in this post and put an image after the first paragraph otherwise there would have been a big white space
I don’t understand what you mean by I can add it from my Dashboard Widget. Can you provide steps I need to take to be able to add a picture on my about widget?
