I have the same problem.

License Key is not being accepted by WordPress, but being shown as active inside buywptemplates.com account with the respective domain.
Emily from Support Chat telling me it would be active, but it is not and I cannot use the theme, despite having paid.

Emily from the Live Support is very fast in selling stuff, even want to sell me all the licenses at once, but as soon as I have problems she said I need to wait for support and be patient and is very unfriendly.
Our whole company is on hold right now, because we cannot continue working until this license key issue is solved.
