    Hi there, I installed my wordpress using fantastico, then selected the ultimate theme, then decided to upgrade to the pro – assuming that once I paid, it would automatically update? have i missed something please? thank you

    Thanks for contacting us.

    No. It will not update it automatically. You will need to download the theme you have purchased and upload it to your WordPress. You can download the theme from your registered account with us.

    If you want we can set up your theme, make a user for us assign administrator role and send us the username and password along with the URL at [email protected]. We have a free installation support for all of our premium theme.
