In the free theme it allows you to create a menu in the top bar. In the Pro theme it won’t give me this option.

As per your request, yes in premium theme there is no option for the top menu.
If in future we will add a top menu in theme, we will update you.

So this is false advertising. You create a free theme with better options than your “Pro” theme??? How do I get a refund?

Sorry for the inconvenienced caused to you.
We are adding a top menu option in our theme and launching a new update on the theme.
If you want we can add that option in your theme, make a user for us assign administrator role and send us the username and password along with the site URL at [email protected].
So we can add that option directly on your theme.
