    Hi I just bought your Construction Real estate Pro and began to build my home page.

    Our menu disappear when scroll to below at PC and Smart Phone.

    But at your demonstration site, the menu still appear even we scroll to below.

    Do you have some option for floating menu for PC and Smart Phone?

    Hi,

    As per your request, we have seen your site and given you access to download the updated newly-launched theme version.

    Go to https://www.buywptemplates.com/my-account/ with your details. Then go to https://www.buywptemplates.com/my-account/downloads/ and download the updated theme.

    Then login to your FTP or Cpanel. Go to wp-content/themes and upload the zip file you have downloaded. First rename the existing theme folder then extract the newly uploaded theme with the updated version.

    We followed your suggestion, we nename the existing theme and update new version 1.05.

    But nothing change. Nothing happen.

    We can see the Full Width layout, etc.

    But my concern is Floating menu for PC and Smart Phone!

    If you say, when we update our theme to version 1.05, then what else we can do to get it?

    Do we have any option to Floating menu for PC and Smart Phone?

    Hi,

    As per your query, we have reviewed your site and unable to find that error from the frontend.

    We need your login detail, make a user for us, assign administrator role and send us the username and password with the Site URL at [email protected]

    Hi we just check our site.
    westjapaninvestment.com

    By PC it scroll but the menu disappear when we scroll down.

    But by smart phone, our site cannot scroll down even at the same page with PC.

    Is the username and password of WordPress?
