New collection section does not work. Show a section manager and select a category to display, but nothing and remember my category selection

The css New collection file has not been modified. Woocomerce wor corrently. But this section not working. I choose a category but my choosee not remember after publish.
Hi,
In order to setup the new collection section first you have to install “Woocommerce” plugin.
Before creating New Collection Section, we need to add the categories. For adding categories.
Go to Dashboard >> Products >> Categories >> Add new category.

Then Go to Dashboard >> Products >> Add new Products.>>
Enter all the neccessary information and then update it.
Go to Appearance >> Customize >> Theme Settings >> New Collection Section.
Insert all the information and publish it.
