I keep getting the error message “Incompatible Archive” when trying to upload the theme zip file. What are the steps to download the zip file from my account and upload it to wp-admin, and install?

This has to be the worst customer support. I purchased this theme days ago and I am still unable to use it. I would like for my website to be up and running by now. I would like a complete refund on my purchase so I can go to a better developer.

I am trying to install the theme ” Real Estate Agency Pro ” and I have no idea how to recompress a file. Is there another way to install it?
Now I am getting another error message “The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet. Theme installation failed.” This is after I followed the directions in the email.
Now I have to wait another 17 hours to get an answer back. Refund me my money so I can go elsewhere!!!!!!!!!!!
