    Hello,

I have used your theme for a while and it’s really perfect. However I got some question.

In the downloadable content in my account page, I can see the kindergarten pro and kindergarten pro child. Do I need to do anything with kindergarten pro child? Because according to the document, there is no where mention to kindergarten pro child. So I’m curious when to use or install it or Did I miss something?

    Thank you

    Hi,

    Thanks for the post.

Child theme: A child theme acquires styles, features, and functionalities from its parent theme. A child theme is an effective way to make modifications in the styles/ features of the parent theme without adjusting the code of parent theme. Along these lines, you can simply update the main WordPress theme with no stresses in regards to your customization and changes. Basically, a child theme is used to override the features of the parent theme without affecting the parent theme. We suggest our customers, to make any of the changes to the child theme in case if any and child theme should be activated.

Please take backup of your site before activating child theme if you do so.

Let us know if you have any other queries.

    Thank You

So it means i download the child theme file, then install it like the parent theme? Then activate it instead of using the parent theme, isn’t it? Do i need to set any thing else? I really have no idea about the code thing.

    Thank you

    Hi,

If you want to add any settings or any hardcode in the theme then activate child theme and do set up.

If you don’t want do hardcode then don’t need to activate child theme you can use parent theme

    Many Thanks
