Dropshipping Store WordPress Theme Not working at all. Big issues with almost everything. Customizer is not working, changing anything has no effect at all. Additional plugins are needed but not mentioned. Speaking about documentation, there is one but its not up to date at all most of the steps/functions described there are not existing. Completely broken! In addition the License-Key we got is not working. We got one new key after asking the support, but this is is not working again.Hi,

if this template has been out for 6 years ( its currently Feb 2 2024 why is there no forums or support, these are all comments based on how great support is. I curious to see if this post is going to stay up or get modified, if it even gets posted at all. i have been waiting for days for a valid installation so i can finish my website.
IF YOUR ALREADY OVER YOUR HEAD WITH COMPUTERS, DO NOT BUY THESE THEMES FRONM THEIR MULITPLE SITES. THERS ABSOLUTLEY NO SUPPORT NO MATTER HOW MUCH YOU BEG AN PLEAD WITH THEM TO HELP YOU GET TO WHERE YOU FINALLY WANT TO BE. THEY COMPLETELY LEAVE YOU HANGING EVEN AFTER A WEEK OF PAITIENLTY WAITING FROM PURCHASING THE THEME. RESPONSE IS ZERO TO NONE, DO LET KATHY FOOL YOU BECAUSE NO ONE GETS BACK TO YOU ASAP, THEY GET BACK YOU YOU WHEN THEY WANT! I WANT MY MONEY BACK. IVE BEEN UP SINCE 3AM EST TO TALK WITH SUPPORT AND AFTER THEY WIPED MY SITE JUST TO INSTALL A THEME AND SAY ITS FIXED IS ABSOLUTEY F*%$#ING RIDICULOUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ITS NOW 7 AM AND THEY JUST STOPPED ANSWERING!!! CANT CALL ANYONE THOUGH!!!!!
